We add up last month
The total of the winning bids and item prices of everything you won or purchased through us, and the number of items.

Your rank is set on the 1st
Ranks can go up or down. If your rank changes, we email you.

The new fee applies to new orders
Orders you placed earlier keep the fee shown when you placed them, even if your rank changes before they finish.

Counts
- Winning bids on Yahoo! JAPAN Auctions × quantity
- Item prices from online shops × quantity
- Items won or purchased last month (by the date the win or purchase was confirmed)
- Number of items: each item counts as one, whatever the quantity
Does not count
- Agency fees, bank and PayPal fees
- Consumption tax and shipping
- Forwarding orders (items you bought yourself)
- Bids you did not win, and cancelled orders

Can my rank go down?
Yes. Your rank is set fresh every month from the previous month only. A quiet month means Bronze the next month, and a busy month moves you straight back up.
I already have orders in progress. Which fee applies?
Each order keeps the fee shown when you placed it, until it is finished. The new fee applies only to orders you place after your rank changes.
Where can I see my current rank?
On the Overview page of My Account, next to your name. We also email you whenever your rank changes.
Do forwarding orders count?
No. Only items we win or purchase for you through our Auction and Shopping services count.
